Shyall put her banshee mask on. A second later a psychic scream emanated that swept away all fear, all the rigors of the eldar's life, and left only a solid imprint in her mind. "East. Prepare for battle". Going to war with the Avatar of Khaine was more frightening than battle itself in many ways.

At the beginning she had tried to organize the battleforce after the Avatar's commands, but she quickly relized that it was not necessary. Somehow, her brethren knew exactly what to do and when to do it. The Avatar was driving them onto something, something that the Farseer had seen and deemed necessary. "Trust in Khaine. His image will bring doom." the farseer had said.

The problem was that it did not say who's doom.
